All sessions include professional, lightly edited high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery, along with commercial and promotional usage rights.

Outdoor Portrait Session

Creative Branding Session

Investment - $1177

A more comprehensive session designed to tell a story and create a wider variety of content.

Includes:

• Up to 3 hours of shooting

• Up to 2 locations

• Multiple outfit changes

• 20 lightly edited high-resolution images

• Creative consultation before the shoot

• Online gallery delivery

• Commercial and promotional usage rights

Ideal for Musicians and bands, Wellness practitioners, Coaches and educators, Content creators, Brand refreshes

Studio Session

Investment - Starting at $977

Professional studio portraits with controlled lighting and a polished aesthetic.

Includes:

• Up to 2 hours of shooting

• Studio photography session

• 10 lightly edited high-resolution images

• Online gallery delivery

• Commercial and promotional usage rights

Pricing varies based on:

• Studio requirements

• Lighting equipment available at the studio

• Location(s)

• Number of final edited images

• The need for an assistant

Studio rental fees are not included and will be billed separately based on the selected studio.

Band & Group Sessions

Investment - Starting at $1077

Designed for bands, ensembles, creative teams, and organizations. Pricing varies based on:

• Number of members

• Studio requirements

• Location(s)

• Number of final edited images

• Individual portraits requested

Includes:

• Group portraits

• Individual member portraits

• Promotional and press imagery

• Album artwork content

• Tour and social media content

Custom quote provided based on project needs.

Travel Fees

Sessions within 15 miles of Pasadena are included.

For locations beyond 15 miles, a travel fee may apply based on distance and travel time. Typical travel fees:

• 15–30 miles: $50

• 30–50 miles: $100

• 50–75 miles: $150

• 75+ miles: Custom quote

Examples:

• Griffith Park: Included or $50 depending on meeting location

• Malibu / El Matador Beach: $150

• Orange County: $150–200

• Palm Springs: Custom quote

Travel fees cover transportation, travel time, fuel, parking, and related expenses.

Additional Services

Additional edited images: $20 each

Additional shooting time: $227/hour

Rush delivery (72 hours): $150

Studio rental fees: Billed at cost

Travel outside the local area: Quoted separately

Booking

A 50% retainer secures the session date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Rescheduling is available with at least 72 hours notice.
