Back Into the Forest

Back Into The Forest sang by the incredible Mona Najib and feat. Shaman Alberto Manqueriapa is an invitation for people of all cultures to reconnect with what we have of most precious and unique: our Pachamama, mother nature!

Run free, feel the breeze on your face, fly with the birds, learn ancient wisdom from teacher plants, leave all mind constructs behind and dive deep into the forest.

Go with the wind back to Pachamama. What will you leave buried in the ground? Now leave it all behind, surrender to the prana. Will you follow me Back into the Forest?

Mona Najib

The story of Mona Najib spans three continents within its first sentence; The Swedish-born, LA-based child of a Moroccan father (who left the Sarah Desert to start his new life in Scandinavia), Najib is indeed a daughter of a nomad, if not a nomad herself.

Growing up in an idyllic small town in Sweden, Najib often found herself torn between two identities. However, being bi-cultural proved to have its benefits as it allowed fluidity, a pathway if you will — to move freely between two worlds.

Cómo me voy a curar?
