Without the Beatles (Unicef)

  • Mastered at the Mastering Lab by legendary mastering engineer, Grammy award winning Doug Sax (Pink Floyd, Ray Charles, The Doors, Rolling Stones, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney) & Eric Boulanger (Kenny Rogers, Colbie Caillat)

The “Without the Beatles” project took place during the months of July-Sept. 2013 and involved a select team of students and teachers from three different schools in the US, UK and Mexico. The Beatles second album, ‘With the Beatles’ was released on 22nd November 1963 to universal acclaim. It is a milestone in popular music. This collaborative project between the three schools allowed for the reimagining, collaboration, recreation and International release of a tribute album on the 50th anniversary of its original release, January 2014. All proceeds go to UNICEF.
